Until the mid-20th century, the Nordic countries had more missionaries per capita on the mission field than any other region of the Christianized West. Joining in the great evangelical effort to engage unreached people groups with the Gospel, these mission movements continue in a tradition that has lasted for over 150 years. Via's role has been to come alongside these legacy ministries and organizations with fresh resources to empower continued growth both in-country and on the mission field in Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. In many cases, our hope is to revitalize and assist the aging evangelistic efforts in these now post-Christian societies. Translation work is ongoing and any additional support would make such a difference in our efforts to empower the Scandinavian Church and the mission movements they inspire.  Your support is greatly needed.
